DELIVERY METHODS

All orders placed on www.blendom.com are shipped via Express Courier, to the delivery address indicated in the Order. For any request or question regarding shipment, you can directly contact the Courier, which will be notified by e-mail once the shipment has been processed. Blendom’s computerized logistics system will identify the most appropriate and suitable courier in terms of service also in consideration of the geographical area of ​​destination of the delivery. Before shipment it is not possible to modify it and / or know it.

 

DELIVERY TIME

From the moment the product is collected from Blendom warehouses, the average delivery time is generally 24 – 48 hours. For shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia and European countries the delivery time can vary from 48 to 72 hours. Delivery times may also vary due to force majeure.

 

ABSENT RECIPIENT

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery of a shipment, he will leave a notice at the address of the recipient, stating the fact that an attempt was made to make a delivery and the place of the same. Courier will try a second time the day after and then, if appropriate instructions are not provided, the package will be placed in storage for 5 days at the service point indicated on the delivery notice and then return to the operational unit for about 10 days and subsequently, if no one withdraws it, return to the sender who will charge the storage costs to customer. Please note that the customer is always required to monitor the status of the shipment using the tracking number received by mail once the shipment has been processed.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGING

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to carry out the following checks: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transportation document in advance by e-mail; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the wrong number of packages must be immediately reported by making a written and SPECIFIC control RESERVE describing the type of damage found on the courier’s delivery proof. Once the courier’s document has been signed, without having specified detailed written reservation as per our instructions, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.

 

PRODUCT RECEIVED DIFFERENT FROM THE ORDER

If upon opening the package you find that you have received products that are different from what you ordered, you must immediately report it by phone or by sending an e-mail to customer support (assistenza@blendom.com) noting the Order number and the product code or model arrived by mistake. Blendom reserves the right to request photos of the packaging and the product received.

 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the goods. Once the destination address has been entered, the shipping costs will be visible on the cart page.

FOR AMOUNTS OF PURCHASE HIGHER THAN € 100 FOR GOODS WITH ITALY DESTINATION AND € 140 FOR GOODS WITH FOREIGN DESTINATION, SHIPPING IS FREE.
